They provide a social frame to ease an individual into a new stage without creating uneasiness or disruption. In a nutshell, they provide a way to make official an important change.

Following are the 4 elements we explore with the boys during the BrosJourney retreat.

1️⃣ UNIQUENESS: What were/are the forces, events, and people which have shaped who I am - what in my future intention...

2️⃣ CONNECTION: What values, history, traditions, and cultural precepts do I recognize, respect, and wish to continue / change...

3️⃣ JOURNEY: Acceptance, Gratitude, Intention. Exploring my gifts, talents, and strengths and learning essential life skills.

4️⃣ GROWTH: Creating a vision, goals, and developing rituals, and discipline to support my journey to my better self.
